Mindful Bodywork

Releasing tension patterns holistically, Mindful Bodywork addresses the symptoms you feel in your body and helps you unwind personal patterns (emotional, psychological and body-based) that allow tension to latch on. This new form of bodywork helps you hear your body's messages and develop simple but powerful anti-stress tools and transform your pain.

With each session tailored to you (including choice of deep or gentle pressure), my work may blend Swedish/Esalen,  Deep Tissue or Trigger Point techniques with intuitive gentle touch that reminds clients of Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Rosenwork and “energy work." I also support clients by integrating assisted stretching, movement, standing poses, breathwork, body sensing awareness, and body-based
bi-lateral Resource Tapping to explore your needs and support you most effectively.

Is it like massage? Will we be talking?
Some clients enjoy quietly unwinding while others prefer to actively explore the connection between their body sensations, thoughts and feelings. Either way we'll help your body learn new ways to feel better even when you are not in my office.
